Was there for a birthday party. Place was better appointed than expected and we had a great time.

This place is great for private parties for young kids . There's many things to do from rock climbing, tunnels, arcade games, VR, PS5, and many more activities . They also cater to events . Not really for large parties, I would say for 30 or less.

We hosted our son’s first birthday at Mini Town and had an exceptional experience. The team beautifully decorated the space according to the space theme we requested and even assisted with setting up the cake and goodie bags, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend reserving this venue for your child’s birthday celebration. The space is private and exclusive to you and your guests, creating a comfortable and personalized experience. Everything was impeccably clean—the bathrooms were spotless, and all play areas were well maintained. The staff provided outstanding service and were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the event. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely recommend booking with Mini Town.

I am incredibly impressed with the excellent service for my daughter’s 6th birthday party. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the beautiful decorations to the organization. The staff was professional and friendly and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, creating a memorable day for my daughter and all our guests. Today, was my second time doing my son's birthday at MiniTown and I have nothing, but amazing things to say! The decor was on point and exactly what I was looking for. The staff is excellent and so kind. They assisted with everything from the beginning to end. The children were well entertained and so were the adults. I love that it is private and all inclusive. Everyone had an awesome time and looking forward to more birthdays here in the near future.

We celebrated my son's 5th birthday this past weekend in Minitown. We had a wonderful time: the games, the characters, the decoration and food were a hit with our friends and family. The place was clean, everything ready on time and the attendants are very respectful and helpful. They even provided a candle for the cake since ours fell on the floor and broke on pieces. My son and his friends had a blast and the parents felt safe and relaxed having the entire place for our party. I would definitely recommend booking this place for your next party.

Super good place for kids

My family and I had a very good experience in this location. We attended a friends son birthday party and the whole family had a lot of fun. They have plenty of games you can enjoy with your kids. The entertainment is always going. A lot of places to sit and it’s not too big that you can’t keep an eye on your little ones. I loved the place even considering having my daughters birthday here

So grateful so have found this place to helped celebrate my sons birthday. Very pleased with the outcome with all the play options for kids and great package deals. The kids enjoyed, the staff were professional and polite. Would recommend and will be back again

I would like to say thank you to the entire staff at Minitown. They were the most gracious group of individuals I've ever met in service. I rented out this space on 4/11/2021 for my sons 2nd birthday party and everything was perfect. Although I used an outside event planner, their staff was amazing. Very nice, accommodating, so nice to all. They made sure the facility stayed clean, was very cheerful and willing to help wherever needed. Everyone raved about how cute and perfect the space was. The manager/owner was also very accommodating. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much Minitown for your hospitality and professionalism. We had a ball!! We had our 4yr old’s party at Minitown. The location is clean, excellent service, the LED robot was awesome and they had plenty activities for the kids. The entertainer included in the package was very good too. Someone was always available to serve drinks and food. They also helped me set up when I arrived. As soon as they noticed I needed a table for gifts, they brought one out with a beautiful tablecloth. I would definitely recommend Minitown for parties.

We have been customers of MiniTown for over 3 years and have contracted them for two of our children’s birthday parties. We have also attended many of our friends’ parties and the service has always been excellent. The service provided by MiniTown does not compare to any other place in Miami, the children have a play zone and the adults enjoy as well because our children are in a safe, clean, beautiful and fun place. I disagree with Mr. Greg’s review, our experience was perfect on the two parties that we hosted at MiniTown, we didn’t have to worry about anything, they respected the contract and deliver what they promise. The food is great and the staff always provides a caring attention. Attached are some photos of our spectacular birthday parties.

We hosted my daughter's birthday party here this past December, and everything was impeccable from start to finish. Natalie, the manager, was incredibly professional, helpful, kind, and courteous throughout the entire process. The decorations were absolutely beautiful—even better than what we expected and requested. The staff during the party was patient and friendly with all the children and the entertainer truly exceptional! We had kids ranging up to 10-11 years old, and she managed to engage every single one of them and keep them all entertained and having fun. It was truly an unforgettable experience for my daughter and for all the guests, who all had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this venue for children's parties

We had our daughter's birthday at Minitownparty and she enjoyed every single second of it. Decorations for her theme party were beautiful, all children had a wonderful time, the adults also had fun playing some games and I can truly say that everyone had a blast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Thank you all for your efforts to make it such a memorable day.

I would like to apologies to Ms. Natalie the owener of Mini town last year with the pademic I had to cancel my daughter birthday party and we got off the wrong foot. I sent an email if i was able to do my daughters birthday for feb 6,2021 and she kind to say yes and hornor my deposit.

I can't say enough great things about this place! From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Reserving the space was incredibly easy—everything was straightforward, and getting in touch with the team was smooth and stress-free. Communication was quick, clear, and super helpful. What really stood out to me was how attentive and welcoming the staff were. They made sure every detail was taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and included. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making the day special. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was. If you’re looking for a place to host a memorable celebration, this is it. I would 100% book here again!

Beautiful place to do a party. Plenty of games. I didn't like the toddlers section with 4 or 5 tablets, that's a little absurd. Employees were very good.
