I would like to say thank you to the entire staff at Minitown. They were the most gracious group of individuals I've ever met in service. I rented out this space on 4/11/2021 for my sons 2nd birthday party and everything was perfect. Although I used an outside event planner, their staff was amazing. Very nice, accommodating, so nice to all. They made sure the facility stayed clean, was very cheerful and willing to help wherever needed. Everyone raved about how cute and perfect the space was. The manager/owner was also very accommodating. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much Minitown for your hospitality and professionalism. We had a ball!! Went to a party and it was fun for all ages. My son loved the play area, the wall climbing but his favorite was the Jurassic Park Arcade. It was his favorite. He seriously played for 2 hours.

I am incredibly impressed with the excellent service for my daughter’s 6th birthday party. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the beautiful decorations to the organization. The staff was professional and friendly and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, creating a memorable day for my daughter and all our guests. I just had an amazing party at Minitown. It was a 5th Grade graduation party. The kids and parents had the best time ever! It was perfect for our age group. The VR and play area was a hit. The entertainer and LED robot were so so much fun. The pasta and chicken food platter was delicious. The whole thing was easy. Nathalia was communicative through the whole process. The staff did everything during the party. Super easy and stress free. If your looking for a great all around experience, book with Minitown.

We recently celebrated my son’s 5th birthday at Mini Town in Doral, and it was absolutely amazing! The venue was super clean, well-organized, and fun for kids of all ages. The hour of entertainment they provided was a big hit—the entertainer was hilarious, engaging, and fantastic with the kids. The staff went above and beyond, helping us set everything up, assisting during the party, and even helping us clean up and load the car. It was one of the least stressful parties we’ve ever hosted. The game area was also a huge bonus. They had tons of video games, including a brand-new Jurassic Park game that all the kids loved, and the virtual reality games were a big hit with the older kids too. We had such a great time and would absolutely love to host another party here next year!

Absolutely amazing! Just had my daughters birthday party, theme was bluey! She loved every aspect of it and I did too. Worth every penny. Service before and during was amazing. Best place for a kids party for sure. Thank you Nathalia!

Today, was my second time doing my son's birthday at MiniTown and I have nothing, but amazing things to say! The decor was on point and exactly what I was looking for. The staff is excellent and so kind. They assisted with everything from the beginning to end. The children were well entertained and so were the adults. I love that it is private and all inclusive. Everyone had an awesome time and looking forward to more birthdays here in the near future.

We have been customers of MiniTown for over 3 years and have contracted them for two of our children’s birthday parties. We have also attended many of our friends’ parties and the service has always been excellent. The service provided by MiniTown does not compare to any other place in Miami, the children have a play zone and the adults enjoy as well because our children are in a safe, clean, beautiful and fun place. I disagree with Mr. Greg’s review, our experience was perfect on the two parties that we hosted at MiniTown, we didn’t have to worry about anything, they respected the contract and deliver what they promise. The food is great and the staff always provides a caring attention. Attached are some photos of our spectacular birthday parties.

We had an awesome experience with Minitown team. The planning and execution was great. My son and friends had a blast!!! My niece even told me it was the best party. You don’t have to worry about a thing, they help with everything, pre , during and after the party. Everyone was super helpful and with the best attitude. Thank you so much!!!

We hosted my daughter's birthday party here this past December, and everything was impeccable from start to finish. Natalie, the manager, was incredibly professional, helpful, kind, and courteous throughout the entire process. The decorations were absolutely beautiful—even better than what we expected and requested. The staff during the party was patient and friendly with all the children and the entertainer truly exceptional! We had kids ranging up to 10-11 years old, and she managed to engage every single one of them and keep them all entertained and having fun. It was truly an unforgettable experience for my daughter and for all the guests, who all had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this venue for children's parties

I highly recommend reserving this venue for your child’s birthday celebration. The space is private and exclusive to you and your guests, creating a comfortable and personalized experience. Everything was impeccably clean—the bathrooms were spotless, and all play areas were well maintained. The staff provided outstanding service and were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the event. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely recommend booking with Mini Town.

We celebrated my son's 5th birthday this past weekend in Minitown. We had a wonderful time: the games, the characters, the decoration and food were a hit with our friends and family. The place was clean, everything ready on time and the attendants are very respectful and helpful. They even provided a candle for the cake since ours fell on the floor and broke on pieces. My son and his friends had a blast and the parents felt safe and relaxed having the entire place for our party. I would definitely recommend booking this place for your next party.

We just had my son’s 5th birthday party at Minitown in Doral, and it was absolutely awesome from start to finish. The facility itself is super nice, very clean, and I loved that the party was completely private. The staff working the event was amazing, so attentive, friendly, and helpful the entire time. At the end of the party they even made cafecito on the house for the adults, which all of our guests loved! Most importantly, every single kid had the BEST time. They have such a great setup with areas for both younger and older kids, an awesome indoor playground, and the arcade games were a huge hit. We did a Transformers theme and added the Optimus Prime character appearance, and whoever played the role did an incredible job, super energetic, fun, dancing with the kids, and fully engaged the whole time. The kids were obsessed! Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re considering having a birthday party here, I would 100% recommend it. Such a fun, clean, well-run experience for both kids and adults.

I was a little hesitate about this place because of the other negative reviews but I took a chance since they had everything that I wanted package deal and place wise. I do not regret it !!! I just celebrated my daughters birthday this Saturday and it was one of the best experiences I had !!! I was a bit scared too because my uncle recently celebrated his daughters birthday at kubo and they treated my little cousins and his guest horribly and I didn't want that to happen at my daughters party because I would've been very upset! It was the opposite the girls were really sweet to all my little guest! Everyone loved the imperial rice they kept telling me it was so good haha !! The kids went crazy happy with the playground and wall climbing that they didn't want to leave ! The entertainer brought the party to life that everyone was enjoying in on the fun. Over all I love this place and I'm glad I found it. I will keep celebrating my daughters birthday here because the service from the first day was the best. I think the manger is amazing always wanted to help and was flexible even when I wanted to change some balloon colors she did it without a problem. I never write reviews but this place is worth it and I don't know what the other negative reviews where talking about because everything turned out AMAZING !!! Worth every penny !!! Update : 5 years later my daughter turned 6 and still celebrating in mini town ! The updates they did are so much fun. The virtual reality was everyone’s favorite. All the adults were lining up with the kids ha! The best as always! The employees are the sweetest and kindest people. My daughter said “best birthday ever” so you know it was good !

This was the best decision I made to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday. The place was beautifully decorated with a lot of activities for the kids. The workers were really helpful and attentive.

Beautiful place to do a party. Plenty of games. I didn't like the toddlers section with 4 or 5 tablets, that's a little absurd. Employees were very good.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I had my daughters 2nd birthday here and it exceeded all of my expectations. My daughter had an absolute blast . The staff was amazing the Entertainer was great and had games my daughter was able to enjoy. My daughter was so excited to see Minnie Mouse. The decoration was beautiful and everyone loved the place. Everything was clean, well taken care of, and most importantly FUN! I wished I had known about this place last year and had everything thing taken care of for me. 10/10!

Glad I found this place to celebrate a very special day.. my son's first birthday and as we share the same bday it was a perfect place to entertain both kids and adults... We had a Blast in our Lion King Theme party... Thank you to the friendly staff - a good memory that last a lifetime !

I just had my daughters party here (07/25) and it was amazing. The staff members handled everything and were so helpful. The Cinderella character was great. So many things to do to keep everyone entertained. They decorated very nice as well. All my guest loved it here and enjoyed themselves.
