Reserving the space was incredibly easy—everything was straightforward, and getting in touch with the team was smooth and stress-free. Communication was quick, clear, and super helpful. What really stood out to me was how attentive and welcoming the staff were. They made sure every detail was taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and included. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making the day special. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was. This was the best decision I made to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday. The place was beautifully decorated with a lot of activities for the kids. The workers were really helpful and attentive.

Best venue to host your party! I celebrated two birthday parties for my daughter and everything came out perfect. The decorations, food and service are outstanding and management is very helpful and understanding. She was very accommodating with my requests and answered all my questions in a timely manner. This place is great for private parties for young kids . There's many things to do from rock climbing, tunnels, arcade games, VR, PS5, and many more activities . They also cater to events . Not really for large parties, I would say for 30 or less.

We celebrated our kids birthday yesterday and it was great, from beginning to end all the staff was very attentive and very nice, the hot dogs were delicious and the decoration was beautiful.

We held our son’s bar mitzvah at Minitown Lounge. The staff was amazing to work with! They provided decor, entertainment, wait staff, free drinks, set up, and clean up. All I had to do was bring the food. The kids had a blast! I received so many compliments on the venue!

It was great, they take care of everything for you, pizza, hot dogs, soft drink fountain, they cut the cake and clean the mess. Piñata, wall climbing, music to keep the kids entertained

We celebrated my son's 5th birthday this past weekend in Minitown. We had a wonderful time: the games, the characters, the decoration and food were a hit with our friends and family. The place was clean, everything ready on time and the attendants are very respectful and helpful. They even provided a candle for the cake since ours fell on the floor and broke on pieces. My son and his friends had a blast and the parents felt safe and relaxed having the entire place for our party. I would definitely recommend booking this place for your next party.
