I was a little hesitate about this place because of the other negative reviews but I took a chance since they had everything that I wanted package deal and place wise. I do not regret it !!! I just celebrated my daughters birthday this Saturday and it was one of the best experiences I had !!! I was a bit scared too because my uncle recently celebrated his daughters birthday at kubo and they treated my little cousins and his guest horribly and I didn't want that to happen at my daughters party because I would've been very upset! It was the opposite the girls were really sweet to all my little guest! Everyone loved the imperial rice they kept telling me it was so good haha !! The kids went crazy happy with the playground and wall climbing that they didn't want to leave ! The entertainer brought the party to life that everyone was enjoying in on the fun. Over all I love this place and I'm glad I found it. I will keep celebrating my daughters birthday here because the service from the first day was the best. I think the manger is amazing always wanted to help and was flexible even when I wanted to change some balloon colors she did it without a problem. I never write reviews but this place is worth it and I don't know what the other negative reviews where talking about because everything turned out AMAZING !!! Worth every penny !!! Update : 5 years later my daughter turned 6 and still celebrating in mini town ! The updates they did are so much fun. The virtual reality was everyone’s favorite. All the adults were lining up with the kids ha! The best as always! The employees are the sweetest and kindest people. My daughter said “best birthday ever” so you know it was good !

We celebrated our kids birthday yesterday and it was great, from beginning to end all the staff was very attentive and very nice, the hot dogs were delicious and the decoration was beautiful.

My family and I had a very good experience in this location. We attended a friends son birthday party and the whole family had a lot of fun. They have plenty of games you can enjoy with your kids. The entertainment is always going. A lot of places to sit and it’s not too big that you can’t keep an eye on your little ones. I loved the place even considering having my daughters birthday here

My boys celebrated their 5 & 8 birthday at Minitown and they had a wonderful time. The staff was attentive and caring to all details. The location was impeccable and the decorations were amazing. I would highly recommend mini town to anyone looking to have their child’s birthday stress free.

Went to a party and it was fun for all ages. My son loved the play area, the wall climbing but his favorite was the Jurassic Park Arcade. It was his favorite. He seriously played for 2 hours.

My son enjoyed his birthday. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Owner allowed us to reschedule due to pandemic last year. Definitely recommend!

It was great, they take care of everything for you, pizza, hot dogs, soft drink fountain, they cut the cake and clean the mess. Piñata, wall climbing, music to keep the kids entertained

Very nice party place for your kids and his family. I'm a magician I just did a magic show on their staff was very helpful offering me soda and water it's well air-conditioned and a safe and fun environment video games too! Highly recommend it it was magic Marti Mills!

My son had an amazing time at minitown! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond for us. I love that you get the entire place to yourself and its all about you! They really bring your vision to life.

First time going to Minitown and the experience was exceptional, something different very very good attention, customer service everything was sooo delicious and very good organized.. I will definitely recommend it to other people, and for sure we will be continuing going there. Thank you

We hosted my daughter's birthday party here this past December, and everything was impeccable from start to finish. Natalie, the manager, was incredibly professional, helpful, kind, and courteous throughout the entire process. The decorations were absolutely beautiful—even better than what we expected and requested. The staff during the party was patient and friendly with all the children and the entertainer truly exceptional! We had kids ranging up to 10-11 years old, and she managed to engage every single one of them and keep them all entertained and having fun. It was truly an unforgettable experience for my daughter and for all the guests, who all had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this venue for children's parties

The venue had everything for my kid and friends to enjoy for hours, without the parents worrying about their safety. The exit is always being watched by someone so the parents just sit down and rest. Everything was super easy, we just picked a theme and the Minitown team did the rest. We loved every detail, the decoration and the entertainment was impeccable. My daughter picked kpop demon hunters characters and besides knowing all the dance moves, they engaged the kids, and even sang live. Also, big kudos to all the team during the party, as they were always on top of things. I did not have to stress about anything, pretty much just showed up and enjoy the time with family and friends. Definitely considering this place for the upcoming year!

I can't say enough great things about this place! From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Reserving the space was incredibly easy—everything was straightforward, and getting in touch with the team was smooth and stress-free. Communication was quick, clear, and super helpful. What really stood out to me was how attentive and welcoming the staff were. They made sure every detail was taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and included. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making the day special. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was. If you’re looking for a place to host a memorable celebration, this is it. I would 100% book here again!

They are amazing!!!. I just had my son’s third birthday celebration at minitown and I can only say positive thing about my experience with them. They helped me with everything and actually gave me some advices when I was not sure about what to do or the quantity of the food and many other things. Their decoration was spectacular, also they offered en excellent entertainment. All my guest were amazed with the place. Everyone had a blast , specially my son. I will recommend this place to anyone that wants to have an outstanding party of any kind.

Glad I found this place to celebrate a very special day.. my son's first birthday and as we share the same bday it was a perfect place to entertain both kids and adults... We had a Blast in our Lion King Theme party... Thank you to the friendly staff - a good memory that last a lifetime !

My 7 years old had a blast! We all had fun with the entertainment team and enjoyed so much his birthday. The staff was very professional and helpful. It is a great option to celebrate our kids special day 💙💙

I would like to say thank you to the entire staff at Minitown. They were the most gracious group of individuals I've ever met in service. I rented out this space on 4/11/2021 for my sons 2nd birthday party and everything was perfect. Although I used an outside event planner, their staff was amazing. Very nice, accommodating, so nice to all. They made sure the facility stayed clean, was very cheerful and willing to help wherever needed. Everyone raved about how cute and perfect the space was. The manager/owner was also very accommodating. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much Minitown for your hospitality and professionalism. We had a ball!! Really wonderful, I entered into a Bubble World. It was magic, amazingly beautiful... Excellent space, great amusement, huge parking. Any Wonder World can be created for our children's birthdays. Just perfect!

I just had my daughters party here (07/25) and it was amazing. The staff members handled everything and were so helpful. The Cinderella character was great. So many things to do to keep everyone entertained. They decorated very nice as well. All my guest loved it here and enjoyed themselves.

So grateful so have found this place to helped celebrate my sons birthday. Very pleased with the outcome with all the play options for kids and great package deals. The kids enjoyed, the staff were professional and polite. Would recommend and will be back again

We went to a 4-year-old's birthday party there and the toddlers that we brought to the party enjoyed themselves tremendously. All the other children were also having fun with the available activities. It is a great venue!

We had an awesome experience with Minitown team. The planning and execution was great. My son and friends had a blast!!! My niece even told me it was the best party. You don’t have to worry about a thing, they help with everything, pre , during and after the party. Everyone was super helpful and with the best attitude. Thank you so much!!!

We held our son’s bar mitzvah at Minitown Lounge. The staff was amazing to work with! They provided decor, entertainment, wait staff, free drinks, set up, and clean up. All I had to do was bring the food. The kids had a blast! I received so many compliments on the venue!

We had our 4yr old’s party at Minitown. The location is clean, excellent service, the LED robot was awesome and they had plenty activities for the kids. The entertainer included in the package was very good too. Someone was always available to serve drinks and food. They also helped me set up when I arrived. As soon as they noticed I needed a table for gifts, they brought one out with a beautiful tablecloth. I would definitely recommend Minitown for parties.

We had our daughter's birthday at Minitownparty and she enjoyed every single second of it. Decorations for her theme party were beautiful, all children had a wonderful time, the adults also had fun playing some games and I can truly say that everyone had a blast. We recently celebrated our son’s 4th birthday at MiniTown and I can’t say enough good things. We arrived with everything fully set up and to a very friendly staff available to help us unload our extra items from the car. They were extremely attentive throughout the party and it was all completely seamless. We had the robot as the entertainer and he was a huge hit. The kids had a blast and the parents were able to sit back and relax because the pace is private, confined a safe. Would book here again without a second thought.
