They are amazing!!!. I just had my son’s third birthday celebration at minitown and I can only say positive thing about my experience with them. They helped me with everything and actually gave me some advices when I was not sure about what to do or the quantity of the food and many other things. Their decoration was spectacular, also they offered en excellent entertainment. All my guest were amazed with the place. Everyone had a blast , specially my son. I will recommend this place to anyone that wants to have an outstanding party of any kind.

So grateful so have found this place to helped celebrate my sons birthday. Very pleased with the outcome with all the play options for kids and great package deals. The kids enjoyed, the staff were professional and polite. Would recommend and will be back again

I am incredibly impressed with the excellent service for my daughter’s 6th birthday party. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the beautiful decorations to the organization. The staff was professional and friendly and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, creating a memorable day for my daughter and all our guests. The venue had everything for my kid and friends to enjoy for hours, without the parents worrying about their safety. The exit is always being watched by someone so the parents just sit down and rest. Everything was super easy, we just picked a theme and the Minitown team did the rest. We loved every detail, the decoration and the entertainment was impeccable. My daughter picked kpop demon hunters characters and besides knowing all the dance moves, they engaged the kids, and even sang live. Also, big kudos to all the team during the party, as they were always on top of things. I did not have to stress about anything, pretty much just showed up and enjoy the time with family and friends. Definitely considering this place for the upcoming year!

Family member had a kids birthday party here and wow really great place for kids. Our family had a great time. Will probably do my kids birthday here also.

We have been customers of MiniTown for over 3 years and have contracted them for two of our children’s birthday parties. We have also attended many of our friends’ parties and the service has always been excellent. The service provided by MiniTown does not compare to any other place in Miami, the children have a play zone and the adults enjoy as well because our children are in a safe, clean, beautiful and fun place. I disagree with Mr. Greg’s review, our experience was perfect on the two parties that we hosted at MiniTown, we didn’t have to worry about anything, they respected the contract and deliver what they promise. The food is great and the staff always provides a caring attention. Attached are some photos of our spectacular birthday parties.

MiniTown was absolutely incredible for our daughter’s 5th birthday! We had a Gabby’s Dollhouse Glow Party, and the stage setup with murals and balloon garlands looked like a dream. Having the entire facility made it so fun—rock climbing wall, VR, huge arcade games, and a glowing jungle gym that the kids loved. The staff truly set this place apart. They were attentive, helped the kids with activities, served food and drinks, and made everything run seamlessly. The entertainer was the best I’ve ever seen—engaging, interactive, and made the birthday moment so special. The music system was amazing too. Booking was easy, and Nathalia went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience. Our guests were blown away—many are already planning their own parties there. We’ve been to other venues, and none compare. Highly recommend!

This is our second time celebrating our kids birthday at Minitown. We love the place, the kids enjoyed all the games. Service is always top notch. A big thank you to Salvador, Dominic and Davanee!

We had such a great experience at Mini Town Miami! The space was super clean, organized, and perfect for kids to play and explore safely. There were so many fun activities and imaginative play areas that kept the kids entertained the whole time. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great spot for families — we’ll be coming back!

I want to thank everyone at Minitown for such an awesome experience. Their service was impeccable. They literally do everything for you. The place was perfect for our daughter’s birthday. The kids had an awesome time and parents were discussing how great the place was. I fully recommend this place!

I would like to say thank you to the entire staff at Minitown. They were the most gracious group of individuals I've ever met in service. I rented out this space on 4/11/2021 for my sons 2nd birthday party and everything was perfect. Although I used an outside event planner, their staff was amazing. Very nice, accommodating, so nice to all. They made sure the facility stayed clean, was very cheerful and willing to help wherever needed. Everyone raved about how cute and perfect the space was. The manager/owner was also very accommodating. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much Minitown for your hospitality and professionalism. We had a ball!! We had an amazing experience at Minitown Kids Indoor Party! From start to finish, they handled everything seamlessly, making the planning process stress-free for us. Amazing place for kids to have a party! Even the host who did balloon figurines for the kids was a hit! The music is amazing , the kids had a blast and we enjoyed it for 4 hours. No one said they wanted to go home . Awesome little gem in Doral.

We held our son’s bar mitzvah at Minitown Lounge. The staff was amazing to work with! They provided decor, entertainment, wait staff, free drinks, set up, and clean up. All I had to do was bring the food. The kids had a blast! I received so many compliments on the venue!

Mini-Town was great! We just had my daughter’s sixth birthday there and everyone had a blast. The staff was very friendly and serviceable, everything was very well done and punctual. I highly recommend, especially if your have parties in June because it always rains during this time.

We had my daughter's 16th birthday party at the venue. The service was phenomenal and everything was just as agreed. Its definitely a different experience for an older age group but the DJ did a great job keeping the party going and the staff was very attentive. Great experience all around!

This was the best decision I made to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday. The place was beautifully decorated with a lot of activities for the kids. The workers were really helpful and attentive.

Everything was impeccably clean—the bathrooms were spotless, and all play areas were well maintained. The staff provided outstanding service and were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the event.
